Score didn't count for clan op?

9mm had this happen once and I had it happen twice in a row. I finally called activision, they claim that when they finalize the ops if I'm not on the leader board I can call them and tell them my totals and they will manually add them in. All I can hope is the guy was telling the truth and not just trying to shut me up.
Really hoping they add medals today so we can figure it out. I will post here once I know for sure, if they do add in my stats it will bump out silver from dom caps to a gold for sure.

Ok so this is half true. After 45 minutes on the phone with activision they told me they would open a ticket with the developers to look into it for me. They sent me a letter the next day saying that I had only played in 2 games during that time but played a bunch after and I must have looked at the wrong time. Now this is obv horse shit because I was playing with the rest of the clan while it was going on. So in conclusion they will take a look for you but it appears that their software is not completely accurate. Balls. Looks like nothing else I can do we stuck with the silver for that op. I'm not going through the head ache of this again for the TDM op because we have gold anyways.
All I can do is hope at this point it actually records my score on the next op... this is 2 ops in a row it didn't.
